Tired

I have problems with my back. Basically I got hurt y'all and uhh at first I thought that there was a problem with some bone but when I went to doctor it was actually a mussel that is for some reason always on full pressure so like using it hurts me. And that pain makes you want to give up so yeah I'm out for now but will be back.
