Ok so from what I know, if they some out as user dis activated means that they deleted their account, but if it comes out as question marks,.they got banned or kicked or like lost their account or something

normally means they deleted their account. if someone blocks you, your still able to see their page and posts you just wont be able to comment on it

It just means they deleted the anime
