Guys, I have a theory...

Long ago Cary had hair like a normal human being. But one day, Blocky came to his house, knocked down the door, and took some scissors and started cutting Cary's hair. Then, Blocky ran away and never came back. Cary got so afraid of being laughed at because he was bald. So, he decided to take some petals off of a flower and glued them into his head. The problem was that he only had one flower so he could only have the sides of his head covered with petals. After that he changed his identity and disguised as a bossy flower so he could hide his shame from the rest of the world. Finally, he joined BFDI and became a contestant. The End.
