Why i may be desensitized to ppl quitting

Even if were friends and even if i know you it’s your choice, like yeah i feel sad but it’s not gonna make me quit and it’s also not smth i will dwell on for a while, someone quitting is their choice and if they chose to do that they probably had a good reason so if i seem not as sad or apathetic towards it, its cause its js not rly right to be upset with them for choosing that 🤷
