I think I’m too violent

I see people get bullied on TV and then I literally punch and kick the air and throw imaginary things like I’m actually the person dealing with the bully. I think I have anger issues too. I get so angry so fast and makes me release my violent nature. Except with my parents because basically with them they can be violent to me but not me to them.
