My character Mr London has become sad and mostly depressed ,, for no apparent reason

I'm so happy everything is okay , nothing can ever go wrong , I think my story may come to an end ,soon
Everything was perfect and happy now empty

Now everything I see is black and white (⁠ ⁠╹⁠▽⁠╹⁠ ⁠)

My OCS have been trauma tortured blown up killed multiple times , depressing times , has been betrayed
Has been forgotten sadness scared , loneliness

Same here but, I let my character have a break
So this character doesn't go insane
