for context prior to me fucking up his lore he was jusg some weird eccentric guy who was basically my persona but in an apoc au and then i decided to give him a famjly and rip him awax from thag family and makr him a poor college student looking for anything to make a quick buck and was then in this apoc program and then he got emotionally attached to this "chicjen" which is his son and he stays in the apoc world because he cant bring himself to leave it behind (because his prior trauma of having his family die in front of him( and then he tragically succumbs to the horrors of the apoc world
