How to animate smoother.[READ THE CAPTION BEFORE COMMENTING!]

Not a very good example here but if you see the rest of my animes you will understand what i mean (recomended: over 12fps). To make a smear frame, the wigly lines need to be on the oposite of the front side, so the back.What do i mean? Well, imagine there is a moving car, where would the wigly lines of a smear frame go? On the back. So when the hand is moving up, the lines of the smear frame are drawn on the other side.

Good example is my anime called: [<<WHAT?!?!>> :reaction animation]. It has the same style and identical frames to the ones shown here.
