Have the mentality to kill today

Im in a lot of pain, i fucking flew down my stairs after i tripped on one of the dogs toys and landed on the gate down stairs which yes broke my fall but it also landed a critical hit on my stomach ☺️. I want to die it hurts so much and ppl keep trying to joke around with me but in like a nagging way (my lil brother)
