Help

I just went to two Archery tournaments back to back. My fingers hurt and my arms hurt.
If you don't know, Archery is a very mental sport so I'm mentally tired as well.

So ofc my family went to a restaurant.
It's loud
So many weird smells
The lighting is weird
This Dr. Pepper sucks
I'm upset
Stuck in mental shutdown
It's hard to order when you go non-verbal...
