apparently there are groups of cat abusers in china abusing cats for uh idk clout

they even put a bounty on mr. fresh (which is $600) for someone to torture him and post photos of his dead body
mr. fresh is safe though (adopted by a good owner) but hundreds of cats arent
people are trying to take action and sadly theres no law in china for animal abuse
