this guy didnt do anything that bad to me butt hes just rlly annoying and a bad friend

he puts NO EFFORT into the friendship, im always the one who has to call, text, make plans!!!! when i try and text him hes rlly dry and takes a LONG time to respond and i feel like he doesnt even like me!!!! or he texts me to brag how he hasnt slept in days and likeeee its kind of annoying like thats the ONLY time he ever texts me first!!!! also whenever we call he hes not interested in what u have to say, hes doing other things and its rlly mean, last time we called i was going on abt how my brother smokes weed and hes high all the time and he was not even listening to what i had to say after that he just wanted me to get weed for him :(( he literally ignored me!!!! and when we try and make plans, i mean **I** try and make plans, he does nothing, i say on monday "hey wanna hang out on sunday" and he doesnt ask his mom until the day of!!!! and then he doesnt tell me until he shows up at my house :// and when we do hang out he touches my stuff in my room and just goes on his phone and it feels like he doesnt even wana spend time with me i hat him 😭😭
also when we go out i AKWAYS have to pay he doesnt even ask me!!!! he just says hey i want this then i get smth for myself and he expects me to pay for his ass like no tjank u
also he has no respect for my personal space, he goes on my phone, he steals my stuff, hes so annoying omg
when i say smth personal he asks questions and talks so fucking loudly and like outing my shit to the whole room WHO THE HELL TALKS THAT LOUD.... LIKE STFU
he smells SO BAD its unpleasent to be around him, i sprayed so much perfume on him and it did NOTHING. he smells like literal MOLD i was talking to my friend abt him yesterday and she said "its always the ones that smell bad 🙄🙄🙄🙄" LOL
also!!! he never arrives at school on time and expects me to wait in the cafeteria for him like if he arrives at 7:20 our school starts at 7:25 WHAT R WE GONNA DO FOR THAT 5 MINUTES WHAT R WE GONNA DO WHY DOES IT MATTER SO MUCH IF I GO TO CLASS EARLY TO DO MY HOMEWORK and he gets so so so so mad when i dont wait for him hes like "you never wait for me" MAYBE ARRIVE AT SCHOOL EARLIER IDK?? he doesnt even talk to me when i do wait for him he sits on his phone!!!!
ppl started a rumor in school that were a gay couple and i told him abt the rumor and he told his MOM. BRO RAN TO HIS MOMMY LOLLLL like his mom doesnt even care about him she hits him!! why does he still go to her!!!! im also so afraid of doing anything wrong bc he might run and tell his mom and get this hisom called up MY MOM and told her than i was being bullied at school, and my mom CALLED THE SCHOOL and EVERYONE in all of my classes got called down individually over the span of like 4 days and i told max, dont tell the principle anything, i dont want anymore drama, and like if i told the school i was getting deffencive, and then ppl would think that we were actually gay!!!! i just wanted this to be over but he HADDD to tell!!! and yeah, he ignored me and told the school everything, which was selfish, bc im part of this rumor too, and it affects me too if he doesnt lie to the school, and he didnt even consider that...
idk!!! im just rlly annoyed with him!!$ what do i do?!?!
