Near head on collision / T-Bone

I was on my way driving 3 people to my mother’s house, and a reckless driver with a bigger Chevy truck than my Silverado 1500 without yielding or looking both ways before getting on the road, sped in front of me completely running the stop sign

I know if I hadn’t honked my horn, I would have hit this idiot and completely totaled my truck, because he was obviously distracted on his phone watching YouTube or something

As you can see, I had to swerve into the opposite traffic lane to avoid the collision in the countryside part of the state on the side of a big hill at 40+ MPH on a hill/cliff side
