I guess all my problems right now is just fear

It's easy for me to spiral into sadness because of anxiety and ADHD I mean my adhd isn't that bad, I don't know WHY I have anxiety, for a while I didnt...I usually break down saying "I don't know!" But why..? I need to think of when this started and then I'll be better
