they are both countries who participate in the movement to reduce reuse and recycle, and they strive on being power efficient & reduce global warming (xuan runs on hydroelectric and natural gas, vyn runs on natural gas+wind)

xuan's does have access to water, despite being in two different plates xuanyi ch rely on each other for trades etc vyn provides monetary benefits and stuff to develop xuan's nation, xuan's nation provides food exports (and natural gas, but they don't focus on jt...)

formally hostile nations turned into allies; vyn's country is a monarchy while xuan's is a (developing) capitalistic societry focusing on agriculture and exportation
