me when i have a crash and burn sentiment with everyone who i deemed "done wrong to me" and have horrible thoughts against people i hate because they're still wrong to me and i come to find out its part of cluster b symptoms #splitting

my ex onced asked me why her name triggered me back then and when i told her "i don't know how to tell you, but it made me violently upset even thinking about you" and it was most likely because of npd 😭
