Why are middle schoolers so focused on relationships?
My friend (who isn't into dating, we'll call him S) got a girlfriend to try it out a couple weeks ago. He wasn't being a very good boyfriend apparently and she broke up with him, which isn't the bad thing, it's HOW she did it. The girl and one of her best friends (we'll call her K and him E) made this weird plan where E would break up with his current girlfriend and K would invite some of her friends into our discord server to cause issues and accuse my best friend of being a homewrecker (she's best friends with S and has been since long before they met) so that she would have a reason to break up with her him and get together with E. Why didn't they just break up?? It's a middle school relationship they did not need this long, in depth plan to swap relationships. Their going into 8th grade save that shit for senior years in highschool or something. Their basically still babies, I feel like middle schoolers shouldn't be focused on stuff like that
