Why am I having random panic attacks??

I've never had a panic attack so I don't know if it's is a panic attack but it feels like it is.

My heart beats fast and I can't breath for some reason. I'll be chilling and just talking with my friends and it randomly comes.
I just had one after the game, I was feeling fine but suddenly it happened and it didn't stop for almost an hour
My heart hurts now and I don't know why.

I don't think it's a hidden fear.
My mom once said my grandma and dad have heart problems I think it's because of that

well, Im TERRIFIED of any bug and so when I see one
I get a panic attack
my symptoms:
Throat feels swelled up
hard to breath
hyperventilating
crying
(I get bad panic attacks)
also if you have hidden fear (what I call it)
you may not know why u get them so,
I would just drink water if near by
or hug a friend or fam :)

sometimes anxiety randomly happens for no reason. i have terrible anxiety and half the time there’s no reason for it! if your having attacks you should speak to a doctor
