ok i have this one neighbor thats right beside our house and he kinda sucks

his dog has been barking for 4-5 hours straight and he isnt doing anything about it
my mom couldnt sleep and it was already 11 pm
(she also had to wake up early and go to work)

my mom decided to finally go to my neighbor and tell him to stop the barking
YET
he still had the audacity to threaten us and say he would get rid of the stray cats weve been feeding

also same owner left his dog in a cage under the scorching heat of the sun (average philippine summer heat)
it kept crying and it was really thirsty but the only thing my mom and dad could do to help is spray water with the hose cuz the owner wasnt there
