This is mostly for lore but here's what happened to the solar system 7 billion years [ a lot of this won't actually happen]

Pluto has an atmosphere and earths moon
Neptune is like negative bajillion degrees and Triton is Neptunes new rings
Nothing happened to the funny planet
Saturn has no rings
Jupiter's big storm aka red dot is gone
Mars is now has earth junk
And earth,Venus and mercury is now the ring of the white dot which is now the sun
And Andromeda and the Milky Way collided
