So I watched Scott Pilgrim Takes Off and this is what I think(SPOILER WARNING)
So I just watched the whole of Scott Pilgrim Takes Off and read a whole article about season 2 and before you read any of this be warned of major spoilers. So I watched this whole anime in one go one night. Tonight. And honestly it is a good show but I feel like it didn't end properly. But before I talk about the end I gotta talk about the beginning. So there was this guy. He is the MC because he first appeared and we followed him first w episodes. And then he dies. So he has dreams where he sees some girl or something and at first he thought it was just an imaginary thing but no he met her the next day at some party. Long story short he fought her ex and died. Expect he didn't. And the whole series she was looking for this mf. Like the whole series the MC is gone and his "gf" is looking for him. And in the end she didn't even find him. Now this is what I don't like. I'm not gonna explain everything but some time travel happened and now all of that MC's friends the girl he dated and that girl's ex bfs are teleported to fight the MC like when the mf was 47. This nigga trained for 10 years every day like a beast and was on some DBZ broly shit. Like I swear this nigga was NOT a human cuz he was out there whooping all these people's asses. And do you know how they stopped him? They didn't! The future version of MCs gf came there fused with the normal one and Thanos snapped this bigass Broly looking mf to his home where he trained. And next secen the MC kissed that fused ver of her and goes back to his own timeline. Like okay the ending was epic and honestly they needed some extra plot. But what annoyed me is that there will most likely be no season two. Like what? The animation and money they got is more than enough for 3 more seasons like that. Like first season is the **perfect** first season to continue the anime. It's the same how it was with Gravity Falls. Overall the anime get's a 6/10 because it ended with a single seasos but it would be better if it had another. I honestly think they wasted a good story by ending it with a single season. It felt kinda like a kid's cartoon ending even tho the MC and his "gf" almost fucked in the first ep. Or the second I dunno exactly but you get the point. Not to mention the cursing and KILLING. Yes some of these people was casually killing others. Just there was no blood they turn to coins. If it had continued it could have been a 9/10 or a 10/10 series but it didn't so yeah. I mean who knows it is ONLY one year old but the article said that yhey never planned on a second season and that it is very unlikely.
