I had sleep paralysis..

It was so creepy and I couldn't move and talk..
I tried to scream but you heard nothing
It was just a normal dream before
I heard a ghost laughing or something and it was going trough my head like I heard it the other time that side of my head and the other time I heard it the other time...
The only thing I could do was close my eyes and I did that because I was so fucking scared.
I have more to say so I'll say it later..
