I feel sick (vent)

Bro she said some stranger said smth to/about her and she won't tell me what it is until Tomorrow. She literally admitted that she wasn't alright and I'm so worried but she was texting one of my friends asking them if they could comfort me bc she dosent want me worrying about her. But honestly I've been crying to the point I feel sick. My chest is tight, my stomach hurts, and my head is pounding. But I don't want her to worry about me
