The Water Staff

owned by pluddle
it holds all of the water power in it
and can be used to create water
it is locked within The Water Vault and it is almost impossible to obtain
if someone manages to get it then they would gain a little bit of water essence
the more they use it the more water essence they get
once they have loads of water essence they gain water abilities
since I don’t have this staff (yet) I don’t really know much info on it
