it holds all of the wind power in it
and can be used to create wind
it is locked within The Wind Vault and it is almost impossible to obtain
if someone manages to get it then they would gain a little bit of wind essence
the more they use it the more wind essence they get
once they have loads of wind essence they gain wind abilities
since I don’t have this staff (yet) I don’t really know much info on it
