Here are the changes so far:
Week 5:
The northwestern island if the Wetlands gets a coast
The coast of the desert (and the largest dune) turns deserty
The Cinder Islands start moving (parts of the two biggest islands break off)
The orb moves torwards the lake
Elevation rises in the mountains

Week 6:
Another tree appears in the biggest Eastern Lakey Wetlands Lake island
The eastern desert turns sandy
The islands stop shifting after this final change
The orb moves torwards the lake
All mountains gain snow :)

Week 7 D1:
Some ice blocks appear near the Cinder Islands
