I forgot to take my pills

I take quetiapine (antipsychotic) for my bpd and ocd at 7:30pm each night and it works as a sedative (shuts my brain off; makes me extremely loopy and tired) most nights so I am very awake (it is currently 6:40am, I have been awake for almost 24 hours) and since my adhd meds have worn off since last morning, my mind is fucking racing, I'm extremely dissociated, I can feel my fucking heartbeat and I do nor recognize my reflection

Hopefully I will survive today. Not going to sleep bc gma wants me up by 9:30
