Like the force of something like throwing a hard punch in real life but to make it look like that in animations we make impact frames where the frames start flashing or stuff making it look like alot of “impact” has happened.

What's impact

Impact frames are harder to make bc of the more fps so i have to make more frames and i dont know how to make impact frames look good
