I think zoning out should be normalized in this society, because when people sees you zoning out, they think you're weird, mental ill or something but for me no
Zoning out is a way to kill boredom, and also to escape reality sometimes

I used to be like that back at Japan, when school was so stressful and I was the stupidest person in the school, so what I’ll tell you, it’s okay, people have embarrassing moments, I zoned out so much, but don’t zone out so much, I used to zone out my hole entire life until I go back home, it’s like I didn’t even existed, my life was so repetitive and boring. I don’t think you can really relate to this level though lol, but in short, it’s okay mate
