My cat died today of diabetes

Beetrix she was who made me comfortable I got her at 1and she purred me to sleep she helped me when stressed she was always in my room I have many memories with her she died of diabetes she was peeing everywhere so we took her to the vet and found out she had diabetes we could of gave her shots but it was expensive and she wouldn't take shots then we had to put her down and now I don't know if I can go to sleep
