I feel horrible about this but I'm giving my beardie up

I'm giving him to an actual exotic pet owner. It's clear my parents don't care enough/ aren't educated enough to help me. I legally cannot get a job, so i can't afford his food and necessities. My parents seem to think that he is doing fine. He isn't. I rescued him from an animal abuser who starved and neglected him severely. He now has neurological issues and most likely brain damage. He can't feed himself properly when I give him salads, he is constantly glass surfing, he is severely traumatized and STILL doesn't trust me after months, he has weird twitches and tremors that aren't normal considering my other dragon was fine. I can't take it and I feel horrible whenever I look at him. I want the best for him, but obviously my lack of money and my parents lack of care and education doesn't help whatsoever.
