q13: what keeps you optimistic, and what do you recommend to do so not to crack, or explode.

What makes me optimistic is when I look back, and compare for example my life before and now, I can see many things changed to better, so I get that small hope and think maybe things will get better
And what I recommend to not crack/explode (if you meant cracking/exploding from holding it) is just to let out, keeping those negative feelings locked is just exhausting and destroys you
Ofc some stuff you cannot let it out if they're things that should be private, so you can just let out how you feel about it ig
