Oc design update:3

Dawg finally got a makeover "it's been three years" type stuff
Also the pd is going around searching for "illegals"
The fact that "illegal" is used to describe a person is crazy
that's so dehumanizing, people like Harriet Tubman did not work for something like this
(I was born in the USA but shi still jumping meh)
