As easy as that, if u don't got pills or sum for that occasion, for ur lips, use oil, olive oil or neither put water on it, ur throat, if u got honey, take it, it will help or neither just drink water
For your sleep, fix your sleep routine, sleep at 10 pm, 11 pm, in the morning waste energy for that, leave your phone away, close ur eyes and u will fall asleep.
Don't spend your time on ur phone 24/7 and do activities irl, go out
