im in excrusiating pain always and they tell me to take simethicone or tums or use a heat pack but it doesnt do anything it hurts so bad all the time because i cant digest food and everyone acts like i did this to myself and they dont hear how much pain im in, simethicone and tums and a heat pack wont fix anything i cant digest food and its miserable im often in so much pain i cant even sit up it hurts so bad its so bad it feels like my guts are going to bust open it hurts so much and theres nothing i can do about it and tbey dont listen to me because they think im just complaining so i dont have to eat and they dont hear me talking they dont hear me and so they dont help me
