This is what happens and why it happens when Peanut gets the devil horns and wings :[

So when peanut was going through depression (bc of Almond btw) El was trying to help her so she asks Almond to help (El didn't know that Almond was bad) so Almond gave her this pill and said it would stop her depression and El took it and gave it to Peanut. But what the pill really did was give Almond control of peanut which also gave Peanut devil horns and wings. So whenever peanut gets the horns n stuff, Almond can control Peanut which is kinda just abuse for peanut :,(
