Im unsure about my condition

Im not going to the doctor cuz I feel mostly better besides sore throat and gas. To be fair I did scream a lot at the concert, but I didn’t think that would affect me 3-4 days later… Anyway.
Im fine now, the nausea is the most concerning part, but I managed to chug a bottle of water and I feel fine.
