Someone, PLEASE. tell me. Is there any way to draw on animemaker through my pc?

No, I don't have a laptop, there may be one around the house.. but I want to use my COMPUTER and drawing tablet. (No, not a regular tablet or an ipad)
Big computer, one TV for the main screen, and a regular monitor beside it.. and a BIG tower behind it.
IM SO TIRED OF BEING A HUNCHBACK. MY NECK HURTS, MY BACK HURTS, MY FINGER HHRTS. please help
