Usually I don’t actually draw like this and apart me having that cartoony style but I agree with Serafiq, improvement on nose is needed, forehead and upon what Serafiq said and fix the neck a bit, your style is amazing though!! ^^

I feel you should improve on the nose, forehead, bottom lip and the neck is pushed too far back. just some advise not being rude your style looks fine either way
