Okay so I feel better and I want to live healthier
I will eat breakfast, lunch and dinner
I always skipped meals and didn't ate alot or just nothing
I'm trying to get over my anxiety, ocd and anorexia because it's getting worser and my panic attacks are also really bad
So now I'm gonna live healthier and treat myself better and I'm also trying to become a little confident because my confidence is now -000000000000% so I will try
And I have to go more outside because I have to take vitamins of vitamin D because my vitamins are really low
And I have to control my breathing because I lastly went to the hospital for my mental health etc. And the doctor found out that my heart rate is to high for my age and it's even higher than an adults one and I breathe to fast because of my anxiety and stress and now I have to do something when I lay in bed or when I'm in school I will take deep slow breaths because the doctor said that if I try that then it might be better after some weeks
And that was also the reason why i fainted so much
Also because I didn't ate good but because my heart rate is too high and I breathe too fast so when I recognize my breath I will breathe slower and then there's not much air in my body anymore because I always breathe fast and that's what makes me dizzy too and makes me faint
And my blood sugar is too low..
So...
I will take more care of myself and become healthier
