The Dimentional Department of Dimensional Anomalies (DDDA) has reported:

A rip in time and space has occured and it seemed to link all universes together.
The following details contrast to the Type H Dimensional Rift that has occured:
- Acts as a wormhole
- Distorts severely the physical features of the individual who has gone through the teleportation process until its unrecognizable from its original image (also raises self-awareness and erases half of mind)
- Origins of the rift is unknown. Researchers suspect it to be a large amount of gaps in a specific plane of time and space. However this theory being the truth is not yet proven.

STAY AWAY FROM THE RIFT AT ALL COSTS. THE RIFT IS UNSTABLE AND MAY COMPRESS ITSELF INTO AN EXPLOSION AT ANY MOMENT.

STAY AWAY FROM ANYONE WHO CAME FROM OR TRAVELLED THE RIFT. AT LEAST 6 METERS TO AVOID RADIATION EXPOSURE. USE PROTECTIVE GEAR WHEN IN DOUBT.

DO NOT CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO CAME FROM THE RIFT. STAY A SAFE DISTANCE FROM IT AND AVOID CAUSING AGGR-
