Like I said to pie, vent to someone ur close with. Someone that won’t say “it’s just a phase.” Someone that will support u in any way they can. (Not saying ur mom is a bad person I’m sure she’s lovely) Or perhaps ur not giving her the FULL description. For example, u might have fumbled up ur words only telling her u feel lazy all the time. If u ask her to go in a private room with no people around to tell her something, she’ll understand this is serious. I hope this helps. Let me know if u need extra support. :)

I'm losing motivation to do anything. I'm getting stressed over every single thing. My depression is getting worse and my mom says "it's just a phase it will stop soon" when it it will not it is getting worse every day. I don't know what to do anymore. At this point I can't describe what I feel. Like mentally ill and I NEED help but idk how to get it
