William and his wife were in car accident, his wife is the only one who didn't survived the accident.

Days later, William went to graveyard just to see his wife's grave until he noticed some two of a people digging out his wife's grave. They grabbed a corpse then put them into a van before drove away. William began to follow them with his car, and later, a van went inside an secret lab somewhere deep in a forest. William quickly sneaks inside, then tried to find two people who stole his wife, then noticed a experiment room, a scientists began to experiment her corpse until it began to mutate.
