omgs guys i want a drawing mode and an animating mode on this app

fr i just want some f$cking layers to draw with on this app😭
also. please. change. the. goddamn colour wheels on this app. please, i cant even get light brown because im an ipad drawing user/whatever u call it and im on an apple ipad. also everytime i colour in something with opacity for too long without lifting my pen, it turns into this weird overlapped colour thingy. please fix this🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🧎‍♀️‍➡️
