well what i find helpful is using a "tip" skill, t for temperure, use a heat pack or a ice cube and place it somewhere i do my tummy and it works great💗 its good for channeling yout thoughts onto something else, i for intense exersize, not too intence, like a walk, instead of doing bad things channel your frustration or sadness or self destructiveness into the nature outside, just stay away from the blade or whatever, p for paced breathing, lile boxed breathing, 4 seconds in 4 seconds hold 4 seconds exhale 4 seconds hold, then do it again
