buffing/nerfing inky

buffs-
-can see far, really far now.
-has a built in radio system thingymajig
-his head can function without his body now
-new ai system thing so it isn't confusing on how the fuck he has emotions
-can generate images and display it on his visor (top notch)
-his voice is now more polished and less.. static-y..?

nerfs-
-more cold and heartless towards enemies now. he used to be for combat, Kay?
-has morals (this is a major nerf since he didn't care before)
-expendable (he is useless to me)
