Rogue drone [Sentinel X]
The sentinel X [Fictional] was created by the United States Armed Forces to efficiently complete missions with extreme presicion.

This drone (Sentinel X "DET") was sent on a mission to exterminate a rogue military commander within the ranks of the USAF.
When it was deployed and was about to reach the AO (Area of Operations), it's programming suddenly snapped, which led to it obtaining human emotions, feelings, etc. and his software completely corrupting.
DET became extremely aggressive towards every human being and went on a killing spree, taking 300 lives brutally, using it's metal claws.
The cause of the sudden malfunction is unknown to this day.
