The fate of life on Ankra b.

Due to a series of events, Ira spirals inwards to the planets at alarming speeds. When it crashes in, its sheer size of 300km ends all life on the planet. All life is extinct, water is in very small pockets and most of its atmosphere is gone. Maybe another planet will take the torch of life in the future?
