Sometimes I feel like im not enough of a man. (Will unlist!)

This counts as a vent so imma unlist it soon. Buuut..
I’m scared of a lot of (not all) kinds of bugs. I rarely hold the door for girls. I rarely help out unless im asked to. I’m afraid to get my hands dirty or take things without asking even if I know im allowed to. I have trouble lifting heavy things even if I act like it’s no problem. I helped out alot with my mom today and she thanked me and praised me but idk, I just feel like im not the man im supposed to be
