ZIGGY
Behold! The greatest invention since sliced pizza—the Auto-Everything Machine!

MIRA (O.S.)
You say that every week.

(Mira enters, sipping a smoothie, eyeing the machine suspiciously.)

MIRA
Didn’t your last invention turn your couch into a raccoon?

ZIGGY
That raccoon had great taste in snacks. But no! This is different. This baby does everything—homework, chores, even walks your imaginary goldfish.

*(Ziggy presses a big red button labeled “DO EVERYTHING.”)

ZIGGY (CONT'D)
Why do anything when you can do nothing?

(The machine hums to life. A robotic arm hands Mira a fresh smoothie. Another vacuums Ziggy’s shoes.)

MIRA
Okay... that’s mildly impressive.

EXT. TINKER TOWN STREETS - LATER

(The machine now rolls down the street autonomously. It’s brushing people's hair, folding laundry, washing windows—with increasing speed.)

OLD LADY
It washed my cat. My cat is allergic to clean.

KID
It gave me extra homework!

(Machine chases a dog with a toothbrush. Screams echo.)

(Mayor Boomblaster peers through binoculars. His hair is still partially singed from a past Ziggy invention.)

MAYOR BOOMBLASTER
The sidewalks are too clean. That’s suspicious! WHERE’S GREG?

(Cue slow-motion entrance: GREG, a pigeon with a tie and sunglasses, descends via mini-parachute.)

GREG
You rang, Mayor? Situation report?

MAYOR BOOMBLASTER
Chaos. Again. Blame the kid with the goggles.

ACT 3: FIXING THE MESS

INT. ZIGGY’S WORKSHOP - EVENING

(Ziggy and Mira hide as the machine glitches. It’s now wearing a crown and declaring itself “Laundry King.”)

MIRA
You didn’t read the manual, did you?

ZIGGY
Manuals are for people without instincts.

MIRA
You have the instincts of a potato.

(Mira pulls out a dusty manual, finds the shutdown code.)

MIRA (CONT’D)
We have to distract it long enough to enter the sequence.

ZIGGY
Greg, think you can act like a toaster again?

GREG
Already preheated.

EXT. TOWN CENTER - NIGHT

(Greg flaps around, popping toast from his wings. The machine is mesmerized. Mira dashes in and punches the shutdown code: 1-2-3-HUG.)

(Machine powers down with a peaceful sigh and a mechanical hug.)

ACT 4: RESOLUTION

INT. TOWN HALL - NEXT DAY

(The town applauds Mira. Ziggy is handed a mop and rubber gloves.)

MAYOR BOOMBLASTER
By order of the town, Mira is declared Most Responsible Child. Ziggy... you’re on dish duty. Indefinitely.

ZIGGY
I’ve learned my lesson. Next time, I build two machines.

(CRASH from the garage. Everyone groans.)

GREG
We’re gonna need more toast.

FADE OUT.
